Effective April 1, 2007.

AICO® warrants its wood furniture to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the consumer. Please keep your original delivery receipt, as it will be required for any warranty claim. This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to merchandise purchased "as is" (i.e. floor samples or clearance center items). This warranty does not apply to AICO® furniture purchased from a non-authorized AICO® dealer.

All claims must be directed to the AICO® retail dealer from whom the merchandise was originally purchased, along with original delivery receipt and item serial number.

The following conditions apply to this Warranty except where prohibited by law:

  • The warranty is only valid to the original user/consumer.
  • This warranty only applies under conditions of normal residential usage and does not apply to defects or damage resulting from negligence, abuse or misuse, including but not limited to inadequate or improper maintenance, improper cleaning, or exposure to chemicals and/or liquids, or fading caused by exposure to sunlight. Please refer to specific furniture care instructions.
  • This warranty does not apply to any use for which the product was not designed, or for commercial usage, which includes rental, business, commercial, institutional or other non-residential use, or to transportation or delivery damages.
  • Because of the craftsmanship and materials involved in the manufacturing process, minor differences and finish variations will occur from piece to piece. Therefore, this warranty does not cover those minor differences or finish variations, or any differences between floor samples, printed illustrations, Internet photos or other visual displays.
  • Any modification or alteration of AICO® furniture products, inclusive of electrical components, will void the warranty.
  • Under the terms of this limited warranty, AICO® will either repair or replace the defective item. Repair or replacement is strictly at AICO® discretion.
  • All warranty claims must initially be presented to the authorized AICO® retail dealer where the furniture was purchased. The dated proof of delivery and item serial number are required for warranty validation. If retailer is no longer in business, please contact AICO® for assistance.
  • AICO® assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damage, so these limitations may not apply to you.
  • AICO® is not responsible for transportation costs between the consumer and the AICO® retail dealer for warranty and repair issues.

Decorative Accent Rug Warranty

  • We at AICO® warrant our decorative accent rugs to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days from receipt of delivery. Please contact your AICO® dealer if you find any defects with your new rug. Your dealer will need a copy of your original delivery receipt, and they will handle the repair or replacement of your defective piece.
  • With proper care, cleaning, and attention you will be able to enjoy your new decorative accent rug for years to come.

Distinctive Bedding Design Warranty

  • We at AICO® warrant our decorative bedding to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 30 days from receipt of delivery. Please contact your AICO® dealer if you find any defects with your new bedding. Your dealer will need a copy of your original delivery receipt, and they will handle the repair or replacement of your defective piece.
  • With proper care and attention, you will be able to enjoy your new bedding for years to come.
  • Replacement pieces may be available for purchase, through your AICO® dealer.

Upholstery Warranty

  • AICO® warrants its upholstery products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the length of time specified below. Please keep your original delivery receipt, as it will be required for any warranty claim. This warranty is not transferable and does not apply to merchandise purchased "as is" (i.e. floor samples or clearance center items). This warranty does not apply to AICO® furniture purchased from a non-authorized AICO® dealer.
  • All claims must be directed to the AICO® retail dealer from whom the merchandise was originally purchased, along with original delivery receipt and item serial number.
Frames:
  • AICO® warrants to the original owner/consumer that the upholstered frame will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. This warranty applies for the lifetime of the product as long as it remains upholstered in the original fabric and is used under normal residential wear and conditions. This warranty does not apply to AICO® furniture purchased second hand or from a non-authorized AICO® dealer.
Springs:
  • AICO® warrants to the original owner/consumer that the springs will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the product. This warranty applies for the lifetime of the product as long as it remains upholstered in the original fabric and is used under normal residential wear and conditions. This warranty does not apply to AICO®furniture purchased second hand or from a non-authorized AICO® dealer.
Show Wood:
  • AICO® warrants to the original owner/consumer that the exposed finished wood trim will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of delivery to the consumer.
Cushions:
  • AICO® warrants to the original owner/consumer that the cushions will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery to the consumer. It should be noted that a slight softening and loss of resiliency will occur in all foam, polyester fiber, and other filling materials as a normal result of use and aging and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Fabrics:
  • Are only warranted to the extent of the warranty provided by the fabric suppliers to AICO®. Manufacturers of upholstery fabrics typically do not guarantee their products for wear because they cannot control its use. Color fastness, shrinkage, and pilling of fabrics are not covered under this warranty. Consistent with major fabric producers and furniture manufacturers, AICO® in its sole discretion may refuse warranty coverage where "after market" fabric, leather protectors, or coatings have been applied. Chemicals in these applications can change the characteristics of certain fabrics and cause early failure, color changes, and other damage. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

NOTE: The following conditions apply except where prohibited by law:

Please visit your local hardware store for replacements. You may also purchase hard to find items online by going to AICO'S® "Order Parts" section on their website.

 

Shipping Information

Order Process

  • Item(s) in stock usually ship within 3-7 business days.
  • Item(s) that require to be produced take between 1-4 weeks before shipping.
  • If there are any delays or issues we will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order.
  • We will send you updates as soon as they are available and keep you updated as well.

Curbside - (Drop Off Only)

  • The delivery team will not call prior to delivery. If you require a scheduled time for drop off, please select Threshold delivery.
  • Curbside does not include assembly. If you require assembly, please select White Glove delivery.
  • Delivery team will knock on the door to notify you they have arrived.
  • If no one is available to accept the item(s), the delivery team will leave the item(s) at the front of the house and/or door.
  • Signature not required.

Threshold - (Inside Drop Off)

  • Delivery team will set up a 4 hour window for delivery 3-7 business days prior to delivery.
  • Item(s) will be set to the first dry area. Typically the garage or foyer.
  • Threshold delivery does not include assembly. If you require assembly, please select White Glove delivery.
  • Rescheduling due to no shows and/or any other issue deemed no fault of the delivery partner, the customer will be responsible for additional delivery charges.
  • Signature required.

White Glove - (Room of Choice + Full Assembly)

  • Includes everything above, plus complete setup and assembly that requires basic tools (i.e. pieces will be screwed or bolted together, pieces will be set next to each other or on top of each other).   
  • We will also remove all packaging and dispose of it if requested by you.
  • The delivery team is not authorized to hook up any electrical or component wires.
  • The delivery team is unable to assemble any furniture not bought from our company due to liability issues
  • Items carried up more than 30 steps, longer assembly periods, and other extraordinary delivery services are available as additional services which will require additional fees to be paid. Please contact us in advance if you feel you need these services.
  • Room should be free and clear of any furniture.
  • Rescheduling due to no shows and/or any other issue deemed no fault of the delivery partner, the customer will be responsible for additional delivery charges.
  • Signature required.

Small Parcel Items

  • We will ship smaller and lighter items via UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
  • These services provide the fastest and most reliable shipping available for smaller items.
  • Depending on your proximity to the shipping warehouse, your item(s) will arrive approximately 5-15 days after leaving the warehouse.
  • Small parcel items may include but are not limited to boxed mattresses, pillows, rugs, bar stools, small accent pieces, chairs, and/or dinettes.
  • If the assembly is required it will be the customer's responsibility to assemble the furniture.

  • To keep prices low we currenlty do not service Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, and Wyoming.
